TNI’s professional staff of mechanical engineers has over 35 years experience designing and building both standardized and special machining systems for the automotive, heavy equipment, small engine, appliance, food and construction industries.
The engineered manufacturing systems we create provide custom solutions for high and low volume machining, assembly and automation for companies around the world. In addition to creating custom special machining systems, we also rebuild and re-tool customer’s existing systems.
Our in-house engineering group works closely with our customers to create solutions that meet their manufacturing needs. We always strive to provide total customer satisfaction, and doing so has allowed us to build a reputation as a leader in mechanical engineering solutions.
With every system we build, a dedicated project manager is assigned as a central point of contact for our customers.
Our project managers provide weekly updated progress schedules for all labor and critical path components utizing Microsoft Project. In addition, an open item action list detailing project action items with projected due dates and responsibilities is also included. This frequent communication is essential to insure the project remains on schedule and meets the customer’s desired outcome. The open communication we provide also encourages customer input and buy-in throughout the build process.
Controls drawings are provided in AutoCAD electronic format complete with a bill of material including direct supplier order information.
All the special machining systems we design and build are created in-house, at our facility, with the professional TNI mechanical engineering staff.
Once the special machining system is built, the original controls engineer will be available afterward for direct customer support via telephone, internet or at your facility. This lets us provide immediate, same day local support and ensures that our systems work efficiently and smoothly.
