Our team of in-house mechanical engineers has over 35 years designing and building well-proven and thoroughly tested robotic and automated manufacturing solutions. We utilize simulation software that allows us to visualize and prove out the robotic and automation systems design process prior to implementation.
With every project we undertake, we assign a project manager to work directly with our customers. The project manager provides a central point of contact while we complete robotic and/or automation systems.
Our project managers provide weekly updated progress schedules for all labor and critical path components utizing Microsoft Project. In addition, an open item action list detailing project action items with projected due dates and responsibilities is also included. This frequent communication is essential to insure the project remains on schedule and meets the customer’s desired outcome. The open communication we provide also encourages customer input and buy-in throughout the build process.
Controls drawings are provided in AutoCAD electronic format complete with a bill of material including direct supplier order information.
